RUDE customer service broads! Friend was flying I'm from Florida to pick up her African Grey and return home next day. Big Red the 268 lb ( guessing) maybe 280 lb Red haired sweaty woman working at check in was not only sweaty and gross, she was so rude and had would not let a 73 yr old handicapped woman take her tiny 1 pound pet parrot board the jet. Even though she had her tickets and paid for herself and her darling African Grey parrot Oliver the day before. But big Red had to show her authority and say NO to this poor woman who spent more money than she could afford on these now worthless tickets. She was forced to fly home in tears without her Oliver ! Good job Big Red and Old Hag her partner who was (didn't think it was possible) more rude and unhelpful than Big Red! Never will my friends or family fly that cut-rate low class airlines again! What's it good for if you are going to be lied to and cheated?
