Yes they have a waiting area where you could hang out. There is also a big selection of cars in the compound if you prefer window-shopping around like me. There are a few restaurants and a Walmart in walking distance as well.

You should've had it by now. I'd call someone. I bought a Nissan Rogue from CarMax, & the lady that did all my paperwork told me that if I didn't receive my registration & liscense plates within two weeks, on the 15th day, I was told to call them! At CarMax, they even took care of getting my liscense plates! That really took alot of stress off me! Not to mention how convient! It was!

What prices are you wanting, services? It's best to call them and set an appointment so they can have a full look at the issues. I really love their service department. They have a new feature where your technician will send you a video of your car and tell you what's wrong or how well it is being maintained. The video is sent to your cell phone via text message. It better to be shown what's wrong than just taking someone's word for it.
