These guys literally deliver my sensitive mail like my passport and birth certificate to other people in town with a similar address and I have no idea how to address this. Totally unacceptable. The Road names are totally different

Every since my mail Carrier transferred to another route in Kenton, Ohio I have had nothing but problems. Mail addressed to OTHER people and addresses left in my mail box . And the guy that replaced her spends as much time on his phone talking while delivering mail as he does actually delivering mail . Every time I see him he is talking non stop . Apparently his job is not as a mail carrier but a phone talker . No wonder the USPS is losing money ...

No idea you have to walk in and talk to the postal people
You probably have to go in and request a lock change. Usually within a few days someone will come out and change the lock and then call you to let you know that you can pick your keys up at the post office. They don't bring them out to you.
