There needs to be more clear signage and assistance to help you get where you're going. I sat in an area waiting for 40 minutes before I was told I was in the wrong place and had to go upstairs to be told at the bailiffs station to go to another vague area. Thank goodness there was someone else, a citizen, who helped me get to where I needed to go. Ridiculous process, needs to be streamlined and clear. Once I got where I needed to be everything was good. Judge was helpful and kind.
