I know that not everyone there is probably like this but I had a very bad experience on the phone with someone from here. In which they basically told me I should think about who I vote for next time I’m in the voting booth, and that then people would not be in office that can say covid positive people would only be recommended to quarantine, without knowing me at all. Also very rudely implying I should be watching the news. I stay away from news for my own mental health lately ):

Their website makes it clear what requires an appointment. All vaccinations do require an appointment. I'm not certain about the other services. Administrative things such as records, etc. do not.
