Don't rely on them. The facility is nice, but they don't handle situations well. If your child makes a mistake, there are a couple Karens that will band together and get your kid kicked out. You will have no say and no chance to confront or speak to the other parents. They believe any child who has been through trauma should be demonized and not be around other kids. They victim she and throw a tantrum, and they get their way. Don't count on anyone to do the right thing for your child. Money is more important. If you can't guarantee your child will be perfect, there are no second chances for certain kids. It is most definitely biased.
