All of our land classes are free to members. There is a small fee for water classes.
The pool is open from 5-8am for lap swim, 11:45-1:30 for lap swim, and 1:30-3:30 for open swim today.
A SilverSneakers Member is just like any other member at our organization. You are free to use any amenities in the building.
A one day Youth pass is $5.00 and depending on the time of day there is open gym and open swim. If they are twelve older then they may have an orientation and use the Wellness Center as well.
Unfortunately no, you have to be 18 to work there
