My daughter had a running day and time to be seen each week. Suddenly, over summer this place has forgotten how to operate, communicate, and not one person has a clue as to what is going on. I received a call to schedule, scheduled two appointments and now they say only one. It's a joke. Had my child being seen for testing, completed 5 months ago... still no communication on it. This place is a MESS.

I retired from there. They have a Direct Care Mentor program that might be able to help. Since I m no longer there, not sure how they run that program now. But the mentors are good so it's definitely worth inquiring about .
