Always a great place to clear your mind while enjoying nature. Love walking around the lake, feeding the ducks, listening to the birds and sometimes even witnessing a youngster catch their first fish.

Nice place. Terrible mosquitoes.

Homeless people tend to congregate at the shelter area but they are usually friendly and respectful, a little run down, but beautiful, peaceful, and quiet great for fishing

This place is freaking beautiful. The water the trails there is also a shelter house and a coupke grills would be great for family cookout. Or for someone wanting to fish and release

Should be fine just don't go after people or the wild life
They stock the lakes in the parks every few years. The city's website for the park says nothing about it being catch and release only. People have taken their catches from the parks lakes forever.
I'm not sure but I do know there is blue girl, trout and catfish in it
