In my experience it is easier to go into the store, one reason due to laws they can't do too much stuff on the phone And they are a busy store but they are amazing ppl in the store that takes their time and get things done for you.

Do they have a kiosk where you can pay your bill?

The Marysville store is horrible and no help. The manager is rude and nasty. You need to do more training for your inappropriate manager. And he needs to be written yup for his rude his respectful manner.
