Facility is pretty good, staff is friendly. The phone number to just goes to automatic recordings. You have to leave a message to cancel your membership and you cant do it online. Left a message and it was told I would have to wait several days to even get a call back. I would suggest you do it in person at the gym.

Love this place. Staff is insanely friendly. Has all the equipment you need and it's more like a family than a big gym.

A wonderful gym. The space is clean. They have a ton of machines and equipment that are well-kept and spaced out well. The pool is really nice. And all the employees are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

If you get used to the Pro Sports Club - you will be shocked by YMCA. But YMCA is simply very budget gym. This is why they are institute many limitations, compare to the regular gym. Great kids swimming pool by the way! But only 1 adult and 1 kids (adults are also piling up there, so poor kids don't have enough space in the pool sometimes). When crowded, YMCA will not let you in the pool on the weekends (even if you are a member and payed money). Yes, it's hard to believe, but they are asking for some kind of registration. Very low budget also reflecting on the holidays: when all people not working - they would like to spend time in the gym (YMCA). But YMCA will be closed to your surprise. So do not confuse the slogan "YMCA for community" with real actions. The main concern is the quantity of the shower rooms (expensive to build) and the sanitation. More precisely, it's the absence of it(sanitation). YMCA asking clients to clean after themselves (little notes on the walls). Never saw cleaning people in this facility. So, it results in the a lot of hair, goo on shower walls and mold in the corners and bugs on the towels. But if you are taking shower at home after gym - then all is fine. Overall it's ok for budget gym.
