This place is completely abandoned: No one at reception, no one at check-in no one at check out no one at breakfast. Rooms are vetusts, lack of paint, lack of cleaning, lack of maintenance. No shampoo no soap and dirty towels in bathroom. No coffee no water in rooms. Do avoid this place Definitely not a four star hotel Definitely not worth the price Do not go!

Maybe I was expecting more from reviews..I definitely think our room could have used a little more attention. There was a foam mattress thrown in bottom of closet. The bedspread had some type of stains on it..room/bathroom just needed a good cleaning. The house and grounds are pretty and it’s walking distance to restaurants.

We loved it so much! Great location, awesome history, and just an overall beautiful property and place to stay. House is still in great condition and very well kept. So unique and TONS of space.
