Cracker Barrel is one of my favorite restaurants. I travel a lot and have dined at several. I would like to say all of them are the same. But the trout, broccoli, and carrots were superb at this location. I was traveling with a large group of over 30 people and there was only one waitress who served us. She was excellent and effecient

Took them 45+ minutes to get my order to me even after I ordered online. The hostess said she checked with the kitchen and they had lost my tick but he was working on it.... Paid $3 for iced tea that tasted like it had been there all day! Tried to talk to the manager but he acted like it was no big deal! I would tell you his name but he had no name tag at all. Not the first time I've had trouble with getting my order in a timely manner.

Had a very disappointing delivery experience. No cream or sugar for the coffee. No ice cream with cobbler even though it’s supposed to come with it. And I ordered the eggs scrambled with cheese; it arrived not scrambled and runny; not cooked properly. Not a good meal.

Haven't been to "Cracker Barrel" in years 'cause I don't like the name and former bad memories of what Cracker Barrel represents to me as an African American Woman...but they must have new training techniques and more liberal acting servers as I thoroughly enjoyed my catfish dinner. My server, beautiful ❤️ Kendra was absolutely top notch, attentive, kind, and was so so great in looking out for me. She made me forget the bad memories and develop new ones. I was very glad to highly compliment Kendra to her supervisor...and I think I will enjoy Cracker Barrel from here on out! Love ❤️ you Kendra! And the catfish was great too!
