Always receive excellent customer service from all of the employees. I first had my ring sized. Effortless process. I long skinny fingers with big knuckles so the ring continued to spin. My husband asked me if I wanted to create a ring to hold it in place. I brought the picture and Emily R. got the ball rolling. The process took longer than expected but this is not unusual as the pandemic has slowed so many things down, due to supplies and labor etc. I told her I understood but would like to be kept in the loop. Emily went above and beyond. Though the design center does not correspond with customers directly, Emily acted as the middle man and kept me informed every step of the way. I absolutely Love my ring and cannot wait to design my necklace to honor my little sister.

I picked out an engagement ring with my fiancé about a month ago. The ring was sent to be sized and was due back in 2 weeks. However, there was a delay due to a loose stone and it needed to be sent back. Unfortunately, I had made plans to propose based on the 2 week timeline. I called the store and the manager listened to my predicament, remembered me from the purchase weeks before, and volunteered to call the repair place herself. She arranged for the ring to be fixed ASAP and mailed separately. Because they went the extra mile, I was able to pick up the ring the day before my fiancé arrived in town and stick to my original plan. It was perfect, she was surprised, and there were a few tears. If I ever need an anniversary gift, I know where I am going.
