They overbook for pretty much an empty office. I arrived one day and the office didn’t open until 9:10, my appointment was at 9am. 15 minutes passed and still wasn’t ready, I had another appointment so I had to leave and couldn’t wait. Today, The front staff just was walking around or sitting like zombies and 45 minutes past my appointment before they realized they didn’t do the intake. I just said F it and left. I was trying to support minority businesses but this is one I regret.
