I used to go to this eye doctor, but one of the ladies who answers the phones just ran me off for good. I will be spending my money elsewhere. She is very difficult. I couldn’t even get straight answers out of her about booking an afternoon appointment. Then she would tell me something was available until I agreed to that time and she would change to saying she doesn’t have anything available that day. I asked to speak to someone else after she continued this for about 10mins. She wouldn’t let me speak to anyone else. She just kept saying what happened to me? I finally gave up and hung up!

8/16/22 My son had a follow-up appointment with Dr. Thai today. As I’ve stated in the past; he’s the doctor I prefer when it comes to my vision and also my son’s vision. Dr. Thai only offers the Best Care! Dr. Thai is the best! He’s very concerned and thorough with his patients. I trust him with caring for my eyes 😊

I came in because I wanted to try contacts. I always loose my glasses so I thought they would be easier to keep up with. Dr Thai and his staff educated me on contact usage and even taught me how to put in and remove them. I am amazed at how clearly I can see. I look forward to my next visit.
