Absolutely terrible!! If I could give you all 0 stars that would be too many! Renter beware, this unscrupulous business, is going to do a bait and switch and try to give a dirty and raggedy apartment on move in day. Then they will gaslight you and say that they’ll just give a refund. These are manipulative tactics by a business of apathetic people apparently. They see no issue with their behavior because they’re getting paid regardless that’s why the review responses are laughable. They will continue to be absolute sleazeballs. If you can find a different complex do it but most are trash just like this establishment. Also their workers are rude and not to be trusted. I know they don’t care but I’m writing this so the consumer knows what they are in for. Edit: Joe is the best thing about this place but that’s it. This place will make you lawyer up. Their front office staff needs a refresher in good customer service. Also, if you go above their head, specifically Andrea, they turn vindictive. Worst experience EVER and that canned response still doesn’t come close to fixing the issues. Update: Still terrible management! From the regional manager Joel to the leasing office. I’ve never seen a company continue to ruin their business. The neighbors are cool and not one good review about management from neighbors. LITERALLY NOTHING GOOD! The best aspect is their maintenance staff so it won’t be long before management ruins that too.

Well, I've read some of the reviews just to get a clear understanding who all was dealing with the same issues as I was such as electrical, plumbing, heat, AC, water issues, trash build up, dirty indoor/outdoor pool, lack-of communication from the front end, and etc. I found there are a lot of tenants having simular issues as myself. Amongst, those complaints and issues, the most statified complaint is maintenance. Its important to take care of failed appliances right away and keep tenants in an agreeable-agreement! that they're living environment will not be affected by poor maintenance and maybe you won't have unhappy tenants and awful reviews. My unit flood our living arrangements was emotional for about 3 weeks (or longer) with little communication from the front end. The maintenance man, Joe was on the scene right away very apologetic about the entire situation and got on top of the clean up right away. He kept in contact with me giving me updates on the process how long it would take for everything to be complete. I guess that's all it takes is for someone to do their job! So, um... yeah thanks Joe for your patience concerns and all you have done to get my place back to normal. Maintenance should be required 24hrs 7 days a week. <<less

We have finally got an awesome Maintenance Supervisor who cares for the residents and the property. I believe his name is Joe and he actually called me to see if my work order was taken care of. That’s great customer service. Thanks Joe

This apartment and management company is the worst I have ever seen. At first it doesn't seem bad but once you start living here for a few months you will quickly find out how bad it is. I know many people who have all had similar problems including poor communication with management, uncleaned apartment when first moving in, terrible maintenance crew, and heating problems.
