The YWCA Building was opened in 1914 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Cool looking Building!

Grateful for reduced rent. Front desk staff are nice. Each floor has shared bathrooms and kitchens. Unfortunately these are nasty dirty.

Do not even expect that you will be given the courtesy of speaking, because you will be interrupted and ignored about your situation. Also if you have a service dog with your training papers from the organization that trained both of you, it's automatic a pet. Service dogs are defined as durable medical equipment by the Federal Government and covered legally under the Americans with Disability Act. They cannot be excluded from any agency that accepts Federal grant money to operate. So take a pass on this one. You are definitely better off.

Although the Location is great people are unfriendly. The building has many problems including pest issues. Although the landlord is very considerate and has a heart for people. She is a great asset to the community.

You should call 211 and ask for family resources. Explain your situation as thoroughly as possible. Also I believe there is family or couple shelters in Snohomish county possibly in the Everett area. Call 211 king county and ask for the Snohomish county 211 number as well. I hope this helps.

The YWCA, as opposed to the YMCA, doesn't provide recreational services so nothing to use, other than housing services which don't cost anything to access.
