I tried to get on a program for chemical dependancy. The black man working the desk was a rude bully. At 10am he told me, that at noon, there will be someone to talk to me. So after waiting for over 2 hrs. I asked..how much longer..he barked at me and said the person who was going to talk to me was busy at the moment. I waited 3 more hrs. No one talked to me..I waited 5 hrs for nothing!!..this desk man ignored me the whole time. I never got on a program or had a place to stay.

I'm pretty sure you have to be 18. Also there are certain rules you have to follow. I had to go through an orientation prior to being accepted...

Take your stuff but you can ask for a locker
First 2 nights are free, thereafter it is $5 a night. They don't accept cash, only debit or credit card for payment. And always be a day ahead on paying.
They are very unreliable, so it varies.
