Barrett is an amazing massage therapist at Thrive. He recently performed a Kinesio taping on my arthritic knee and the results so far are incredible. He went the extra mile to learn the proper custom taping configuration from a PT for my specific pain. It is my understanding that he is planning on offering Kinesio taping as part of his services.

This gym is fantastic. I’ve been going here for years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer a 24/7 gym access option which is awesome because I can work out whenever I want. The equipment is well maintained and current. Thrive is a staple of the Monroe community and has a great culture.

Good prices, not too small and in the center of town. It's frustrating trying to be consistent to meet personal goals at a gym that randomly closes for staff events. I understand if they want a Christmas party but why close a 24 hour gym when there isn't any staff at night anyway? They also don't stock the toilet seat covers. Overall, still a friendly environment for the only 24 hour gym around Monroe.

Great gym. Awesome,respectful, friendly,attentive owner. Love that the owner gets very involved in helping the local community. I don't think I've ever seen an "out of order" sign on any equipment since I have been a member in the last 18 months.something I experienced quite often at a past gym. The owner is very fast at fixing any issues big or small. Tons of new equipment. And I love that the locker room,bathroom and showers are always kept sparkling clean. Highly recommend Thrive Monroe.
