AWS observes the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. If your trash or dumpster service falls on one of those days, you will be picked up the following day.

You can pay for your trash or dumpster service online by clicking on the Pay Your Bill link on our website. AWS accepts all forms of credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can mail a check or money order to PO Box 53426, Lafayette, LA 70505.

An AWS professional will gladly discuss your needs over the phone or meet at your location to determine the best fit for your trash pickup or dumpster rental needs. Simply call your local office or complete the form on the Contact Us tab of our website and someone will be in touch.

AWS bills commercial customers in advance on the first of each month and roll off dumpster and portables customers in arrears on the last day of each month. If you prepaid for your service, you’ll still receive a statement of services provided showing how the payment was applied. Invoices and statements are mailed on the 1st of each month. We also offer electronic billing for you to receive your invoices via email and you can always log into your account online to view up to 18 months of invoices.
