I was set for an appointment to start a membership I waited over an hour no one showed called answer service they could not do anything about it wasted my time this is discouraging especially after finally making a decision to get back on track the last k of respect for sometime is highly unprofessional.

Traveling for my husband's work, we have been to many different gyms. This one has to be one of the fithiest gyms we've ever gone to. The floor is dirty, there is dust on every machine, the trash bins are always full, the sanitizer spray they provide is windex (which does not sanitize), the bathrooms appear to only be cleaned once a week, and weights/machine attachments are never put back.

Go during manager hours. The hours are posted on the door and they change every week.
