Served with a smile as soon as we walked in the door. The hostess was kind and patient, as the two of us seemed a little indecisive about whether to sit inside or out. So inside it is, we decide, and was hoping for a large print menu. By this time, I'm sure our server would be rolling her eyes, but instead she continued to provide service with a smile. We both wanted the Black Bean Burger Bowl with the dressing on the side and UNsweetened iced tea, (but no ice for me). She dictated our requests in her mind with great accuracy. A few minutes later, she was serving our lunch and it was delicious! Great atmosphere, great service, great food! A perfect 5 out of 5.

Mary wasn’t our server but was awesome. Way more attentive than our waiter and she was the hardest working person there. We saw her doing everything that needed to be done. She is the reason we will come back.

First time trying Tap House in Oswego and we were pleasantly surprised. I ordered carry-out on Valentine's Day, the restaurant was not busy by any means but the food was above average in taste and quality, especially for the area. We will be back to try other items from the menu. The server who took my order over the phone was very nice and professional.
