No trailers
Up to 30 max. That doesn't include truck trailers and work vehicles.
You can't get out your car but If you walk you can give the worker a 20 and he might let you cross.
7 days a week. Closes earlier on Sun. I think the last one runs at 6pm But Mon- Sat. 8pm

Fog is about the only thing, weather wise that shut it down
Depending on the time of day, they seem to only cross on-demand, meaning they wait for an adequate number of passengers. There could have also been something else going on that passengers wouldn't necessarily know about (refill on gas, checking parts, etc.). You can always ask the workers, though. They've always been friendly and respectful, in my experience, as long as people are respectful to them.
