The staff refused to follow the protocol that was issued on the website, explaining new policies and procedures due to coronavirus. No one was on the same page and the staff were poorly communicating to the people waiting.

First week the mcchord pool reopened and we went sat and sun, staff was great, lounge chairs seem to be new, so no more snagging the good ones,l. But something should be done about the mix of family and single soldiers, maybe placards asking for no profanity and stating the policy of saluting the colors at 1630. Overall a great pool!

Lifeguards were great! My granddaughter wanted to learn how to "fly" & they all took turns giving pointers The pool needs a diving board

Great experience. Good deep end. Reasonable life guards but lots of pool rules. We still had fun. There's a kiddie pool, a deep end, lanes for lap swimming, and a shallow area for free swim.
