Was great my first experience a year ago fixing my phone. Went back with our tablet and cell phone recently $400 "repair" and they are both worst now than when we brought them in. Have to buy new devices. If it was just one MAYBE I'd understand, but the fact that we got ridiculous excuses and both devices are garbage now, it's clear he couldn't fix them, but took the job anyway. I'll never go back.

Good morning. Yes we do as long as the parts that are broken is available for us to get.
Yes, Joe services phones and has parts & batteries for many phones but he specializes in Apple phones. I personally have an Android Samsung and he has parts for mine as well. I also buy all my phones from Tech Care! The thing best about Joe is his honesty. If it can't be fixed or the repair price just doesn't make sense he tells you straight up!
