I called to ask for help with the dreadful bitlocker. I was told to bring the laptop in. Branden immediately took my laptop to the back to begin working on getting me back into my computer. I had very important information for work saved on this computer and he went above and beyond to make sure I could save my data and get back into my computer. I am sorry, we do not buy any used items from individuals. All of our used and refurbished items that we sell come from suppliers.
There is a financing option, however you must come into the store for that. We do not offer any means to view it online.
It depends on what is causing the black screen. It could be a power problem, or the screen could have died. It could even be a different problem. Please bring the computer into the shop and let us have a look. This way we can tell you for sure what the cost would be to repair it.
We do not keep any racing wheels in stock. We can special order them only.
Only $39.99 for desktop diagnostics and that is applied to the repair. No appointment needed, just come on in and we'll take care of it for you. We also have onsite services if you'd rather have someone come out.
