They were urgent and gentle with my baby. They kept me updated as much as possible and even kept my baby’s favorite blanket we forgot so we could pick it up next day! This is a great vet!

They misdiagnosed my dog. Overcharged. Tested an 8yr old dog for parvo (which is extremely unrealistic). Have yet to call back after multiple calls. 0/5 stars if I could. Do not take your animals here.

The sweetest & most attentive staff all around. Super appreciative of the prompt and direct communication about my cats care while he was there for several days. I feel relieved to know they are near by incase of any future emergency! Super trustworthy.

Well since no one feels the need to apologize for the way our dog and my husband I were treated, we have no choice other than to write to the board about this. The fact Bonnie made us stand outside because my dog was bleeding and after 30 minutes we asked if we could come in, we were there to put our dog down, she proceeded to get mad at us because they just mopped the floor. How dare I bring in a dog that’s bleeding into the emergency vet. Then it took at least 40 minutes to put her down and 5 different shots. The vet mentioned piercing her heart because she was having a hard time finding a vain. Finally she used her carotid artery. I have never been so traumatized. I have had to put a lot of animals down in my life and have never been treated this way, and it sure didn’t take 5 shot. We have no choice but to file a complaint with the Louisiana state board. When I called to say to ask for the name of the doctor and vet tech I was also treated badly. I hope know one ever gets treated the way we did, including my dog. I hope the state. Board will teach you some compassion or At the very least teach you how to treat people and hurt animals. I paid almost 200 dollars for my dog to have a botched euthanasia and a tech complaining about my bleeding dog. Shame on all of you. Find a new job if you can’t do your correctly

Flea combs are probably your best bet. There's an option to bathe your cat but that may be more trouble than it's worth. Be sure to have your cat on proper flea prevention. Revolution is a great monthly topical product.
