Lately this panera location has me very disappointed, before it was one of my favorite places but for a few months now the times I've been there have been terrible, the first time I got upset I ordered to eat there and they took a long time to deliver the afterwards, never They didn't yell my name or sound the alarm, when I realized the food was there it was already too cold, I told the manager and he just said he could change the items for me but it would take 30-40 minutes to remake them. Another day I decided to order from Doordash because I thought it would be faster that way and it wasn't, plus the rice was raw and the food was very cold, it's not a cheap place. Maybe I'll go back to Panera but definitely not in Auburn anymore.

Wow this place has gone downhill. So bad. Like subway with slightly different bread. I got a salad and sandwich and both were barely edible. Literally half a slice of cheese. One slice of fast food bacon in half. Some lunch meat turkey circles slapped on in a stack and three sad pieces of arugula. Then the salad ingredients just ripped up and not even chopped. Fishy tomatoes. Sandwich bread tasted like cinnamon. That was the only seasoning in sight. The soup was good but not better than Quiznos. What the actual heck Panerai. I used to love this place.

This store discriminates customers orders. They allow some people pick up freely and force others to beg for paid for items. Not likely to be a customer or pick up DoorDash orders here again till issue is resolved at management level.

I just spent ~$13 + tax on a cob salad and it was disgusting. Lettuce was wilted and starting to brown. There were only three pieces of chicken. No avocado. No egg. The salad dressing was bitter. This Auburn location must be under new management or something. I have taken out from here a few times in the last four years and was alway happy with what I got although I always felt the portions were rather small for the cost. But this last visit was just plan bad.
