I will just say I hope you don't need any assistance from the drainage department, the lady on the phone was nice and I put in a request to have the ditches on my street cleaned out, once 15 months ago and was told by a person named Dwayne that they were good and did not need it, I put in another request a couple days ago and Dwayne called me today and said the same thing he did 15 months ago, said the ditches were good. I told him that I measured 6 inches of silt from the bottom of the culvert and that my septic tank couldn't drain freely as it should because of this. He told me that they buried the drain line too low. Mine isn't the only one like that either, so I don't know what he was looking at or just didn't want to see it. I believe that it is their responsibility to take care of the request, our tax dollars hard at work. I hope this review will actually gain someone's attention and I can finally get the ditches cleaned out.

I’ve been having debris in front of my home since Hurricane Laura. I have called several times for it to be removed and they have not now after hurricane Delta they still have no idea when to pick it up and the lady tells me that I can pay someone to remove it. This is just pitiful

Yes, you have to contact public works but just remember the city slow so call several times to escalate it.
That's a great question! We should talk to the DOTD for the state. They handle all the stuff related to interstates and highways.
Nope
You have to call the court 15th district or if you're on probation ask your probation officer or case manager
No plywood is not the same as yard waste and isn't collected curbside. Try Acadiana Landfill in Carencro.
