Brought my SXS up to get its fluids changed and checked for why it wasn’t running over 40mph. That was on July 21st when I dropped it off. I called to see if everything was okay on the 22nd was told all fluids and filters were changed but that they found an issue with the water pump which on Wolverines it also controls the oil pump. Was told before any more work could be done, that a deposit would be needed to order the parts, deposit was made on July 22nd. Was told by the person that took the deposit that they could now order the parts. After 3 different calls were made up there to c what progress had been done, by the 4th x calling up there to c what had been done, was told it hadn’t even been touched. This was already over a month of it sitting up there. On the 16th of August went up told them I wanted my buggy and deposit. This is what I find Amusing, was told both filters and fluids were changed up there yet once we brought it home amazing how the same OLD filter is still on my buggy meaning it wasn’t touched. I do realize it takes time for parts to come in, but when I’m told straight out both fluids/filters have been changed and clearly they weren’t, Very Poor Service Dept.
