We wondered the same thing, only because people sometimes get social anxiety and misjudge their surroundings.
They take it when you have an appointment and you have symptoms, I'm not sure if they do it without a doctor's appointment
You have to go to the center to make an appointment or call and say that you are pregnant and want to take your control there and the appointment is with the gynecologist

I'm not sure. I only go there for the wic clinic, but I know they do other services there so it doesn't hurt to try. Worst case, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
