Came with toddlers and was told it was drop off only and we cannot sit and watch our children play in the play area. The weirdest thing I have ever heard. Lady at the counter was extremely rude about it as well. Should be optional to sit or leave.

I had my daughters birthday party there and it was Amazing. Alicia went above and beyond the whole staff did. My daughter and her friends enjoyed them selves. I love how secure the place was so all the parents were comfortable. And all the kids had a ball I highly recommend to anyone for kids parts or even just leaving your kids there while you shop.
