Ate here while visiting from Dallas. The nachos were really good and our waiter was the highlight of our visit. The French onion soup and chili weren't very good. Great service.

I hate leaving bad reviews, as I don't want it to reflect on individuals. However, with a self-described "glitch" by the hostess that caused multiple tables to be seated ahead of us - even going so far as to seat someone behind me while I was trying to figure out the issue! - I felt the need tl comment. They only left menus for 2 for our party of 4...I guess we were meant to share? The place seemed well staffed but the food was slow and bland. Our waitress Haley was attentive and nice, which is the reason for the 2nd star. Tully's used to be a reliable go to, but I cannot recommend this location based on rude host staff and sub-par food. Atmosphere was pretty good for a Thursday night, and our server was kind. However, the meal was extended based on slow kitchen times, slow time to clear dishes, and a hostess and host that made this trip memorable for all the wrong reasons.
