There are no restrooms for customers. Sometimes they close the elevators to the parking lot and then there is no access to the bus stops for people with disabilities. The elevators are there for when you need to cross over the freeway to go from one bus stop to the other. If you're not disabled you can take the stairs. But it's really bad if you're disabled and you get off the bus and need to get to another and the elevator is closed for maintenance. Even though there is no one there doing maintenance. If there was someone there doing maintenance I would have asked them to help me down the stairs. UPDATE: I added photos of the elevator and bridge to the other side of the freeway. To go south to Bellevue you go across the bridge and catch bus number 532 or 535.

I love how security comes through the parking lot often. I feel like my car and belongings are safe while I’m at work.

Nice park and ride just off of either 405 or the Bothell-Everett highway. Fills up fast on weekdays with commuters so get here early. However the area feels safe and security comes around every now and again.

I wouldn't come here after 7am. I had to switch buses because there is not much parking left at 6:30am.There are quite a few vanpools that come here early in the morning. More than half the parking is taken at 6:10am. People park outside the lot in the fire lane. I often see a rent-a-cop here when coming home. Not if that's a good sign or bad. Can take route 435 to Seattle
