The only reason I've stayed is because of the great staff that work for usbank. The bank itself is a joke, I didn't get what I signed up for, I was not notified of a charge on my account and that someone changed my email. Your money is safer left outside in the open than with usbank.Hello Karen, Thank you for leaving your review. The front sign on the bank says drive-through open at 9 am. The website says 9:30 am. Could someone at the bank make the necessary change so both forms of information agree?
