You have to pay for the dryer, doesn’t clean the back and sides well, they don’t answer the phone and no one is ever in the office, I’ve been trying to cancel my monthly plan, and no one answers and the website is says “it is an error” :.. would not recommend

Got a wash here at the soft touch bay. Brushes missed the passenger side and back of vehicle. No dryer, left with a spotty & dirty car. Horrible. Would not recommend.

Paid $12 for the “premium” automatic wash and got home to see there were still marks all over my car as well as suds that didn’t get completely rinsed off. Guess if you aren’t doing it manually you’re wasting your money.

i used car wash city in chatham and payed with my debit card and you guys charged my $10 upfront! i thought it was only $3 to start?? so where is my other $7?? i’d like it back since i only got 5 minutes of a wash

They usually do a good job but you really need to find out where your money went to O had a problem with getting my acct to work
