Well done historical museum. Just the right size with clever ways of adding insight into displays. Friendly staff

This is a solid museum showcasing the island history. The entry is free as long as you check in. Please check in because funding does account for number of visitors! There are multiple rooms of exhibitions, the best being the historical room selection. The best museums get you engaged about a topic you weren't excited about to begin with, and this museum does that!

Very small museum, absolutely loved the shout out to womens rights. It was really cute and clean, very informative and discuss the discrimination done on asain America's in the US. I suggest stopping by here, i do wish all the pull out drawers had something and maybe a few things outside would be nice.

Such a great museum. My 7 year old son and I went when he had a day off from school. Usually when I go into a museum I get crazy looks bringing my kid with me. My son really enjoys history and me explaining things to him. Anyway, they were very welcoming. They answered all of my questions and did not treat me any different than if I had gone alone. There is a lot of great information here, one could easily spend a couple hours exploring and reading all of the newspapers and artifacts. My son really enjoyed seeing what an old school house looked like and how the children learned back then. I really enjoyed the WWII room. So much great information in this building. I cannot wait to bring my history friends to this museum!
