I wish I could give this zero stars. I've tried to cancel my membership several times. I was told I needed to come in person, so I did. I did this on a Saturday morning, but was told I had to come during the week, M-F between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm because only one person - the manager - could cancel my membership. Like most people, I work during those hours. So I asked the nice man who was helping me to give her a message to call me so I could schedule a time to come in and meet with her. (I didn't want to take time off of work to get there only to find out she wasn't there/available.) I never received any call or communication. I finally called back and have a time to come in tomorrow. If she isn't available, I will take legal action. I DO NOT recommend this place based on my experience and the reviews of eSporta from others.

Gym is missing clips for barbells, pins for fixed range of motion machines, minimal parking and is PACKED even at 5am.

The speakers have been broken for 3 months now and the Zumba instructor's are forced to bring in their own. Its sad that a gym like this is too cheap to get their speakers replaced. When I asked the guy at the front desk he said, "we don't fix things,call corporate."

I've been to the downtown LA, World Gym, the LA/esporta in Henrietta, Irondequoit and the one I go to now is the one in Greece on west ridge. Nothing can be perfect, but the Greece location is, by far, the best gym to go to as far as them keeping up with the maintenance of machines...This place definitely fixes machine issues faster than any place I've ever belonged to and sometimes I wonder if my eyes were playing tricks on me because it was done so fast...I dont know what they do differently, could be that the management here actually cares and probably uses the equipment. Its nice to know that those things will get taken care of fairly quick.
