These guys are straight up thieves. Had my car there for a few days and upon picking it up I found a lot of my personal items missing. Their hours are trash hence why I had to pick up whenever they were “open”. The whole company needs to be thrown away. Do not do business with these people. From the front desk person to the other workers are super sketchy.

These guys are totally understanding. They really sympathize for you and understand. They are not the Bad guys. They just do there job. They are professionals. So treat them with respect and they'll show you the same respect. They will work with you. But, you just have to be patient. Pay your bills. Then you won't be in trouble. They are very courteous and nicest people in the business. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
