Incredibly efficient operation. Purchased a van through them today and they were extremely helpful with a title issue and getting the door unlocked after i locked the keys in it. Item was well represented online as well. Will consider making the 2 hour drive again if I see something that interests me.

I wish there was a negative star for this auctioneer.....I've never had a more unpleasant experience with an auctioneer in the past.......Auctioneer called me after credit card was charged on item i won and wanted to charge my card without my consent for shipping item. Auctioneer then barely let me come get item without charging card even though it was paid for previously. My advice to anyone that wants to deal with Ben Ladage Auctions is RUN the other way as fast as you can! Auctioneer is very rude, unprofessional, untrustworthy and feels entitled to try and scam you out of money.....Never will deal with again!
