The Enterprise staff at the Abraham Lincoln airport in Springfield Illinois were competent, efficient, and pleasant. Had a rental reserved for a week. Couldn't pay for it online, they said it has to be paid for on pickup. We get there, and finally find out this location is the only location that does not accept debit cards or cash..ONLY credit cards. Due to work schedules we couldn't pick up the rental until 5, when they close. Get there 10mims early to sign and stuff. THAT'S when they tell us we won't be able to get one without a credit card. So, I get to keep my 300 bucks and now my vacation is ruined. Thanks enterprise 😅

We were thankful for receiving an American car - Chevy (Ford or Chrysler would have also worked) - for our recent trip.
