As always the picking up part of my rental went as smooth as possible. My only issue and I let the guy behind the counter know about it was the fact that the rental I was given wasn't clean properly and the dashboard and door paneling had streaks as if it wasn't wiped down right. I was in a rush so I had to deal with but I would rent from these guys again for sure.

Enterprise rented me a car with a broken AC unit. I rented the car at the end of the day right before they closed. I called them the next day to let them know there was a problem with the AC. They told me there was nothing they could do right away. I had to drive 16 hours to Georgia in the heat with no AC. I was told that they would give me a car the next day to replace the one they gave me. When I went to exchange the car I was told they do not have one. When I called the office that rented me the car I was told they will try to get me one the next day. The next day I was able to get a new car. I had the car for three days without any air-conditioning in very hot Georgia which was horrible. I let that go and thought to myself things happen. A month after I returned the car I received a notice in the mail that I was being charged $2600 for the broken Air conditioner. DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM SCREWING YOU OVER!!

Yes they are. Just outside of baggage!!!! And if your flight is running late call and let them know! They will make sure someone is there for you no matter the time! Love Enterprise!!!
It is always best to call ahead to make sure they have cars.
I would review your contract.
I'm almost sure that they charge based off how long you rent and what type of vehicle plus the hold on your debit (if not using a major credit card) is about $400 (basic rental for about one week) and may be more. The hold won't come off until you return the vehicle

Jet Blue has some great rates out of Philly. Or spirit. May be Just easier to fly. But enterprise works too.
