I ordered a Hoyer Lift and sling for my mom to be assembled and delivered using the third-party "White Glove Service" ($2,088 total cost). The lift was delivered exactly as specified by the White Glove Service, which was excellent. However, 1800wheelchair shipped the sling separately even though they told me it would be delivered with the lift, and the sling was never received at the residence. I called 1800wheelchair twice, which led to long periods on hold, but not yet any plan to get a sling to my mother so that we can use the new Hoyer lift, which has now been sitting idle in her apartment for two weeks. The second time I called, the agent could not understand what I was saying and put me on fold for 5' to check on the lift delivery even though I told her that already arrived and the service was excellent. Perhaps the baby crying in the background wherever she was prevented her from hearing me. She then blamed the loss of the sling on UPS and told me to contact them myself. I had already checked the tracking number on the UPS website, but 1800wheelchair.com was too cheap to require signature verification so that the UPS tracking information was completely useless. I would never buy anything from 1800wheelchair again. I am going to file a complaint with the NJ Department of Consumer Affairs if 1800wheelchair.com does not get this resolved by c.o.b. on Friday, May 27, 2022.

Placed an order in NOVEMBER with a December 22 ship date. It is January 13th and my father's calls and e-mail regarding the status of his shipment are still unanswered. Please issue a refund! Your terrible customer service is affecting the life of a disabled man!

Unfortunatly it has become super difficult to get reimbursed by Medicare for a scooter (only 5% of claims are accepted) we do have scooters starting in the $600 range.
