Myself and many family and friends stayed here for a nearby wedding during the month of September. We did pay extra for the upgraded views. Very glad we chose to do so. Absolutely spectacular views of the sound and beautiful sunsets. Rooms were all clean and nicely decorated. The only criticism I’d say was that the walls were thin enough that I could hear muffled voices from another unit. Wasn’t overly loud, but since the area is so quiet I guess sound travels easier. I honestly wished I’d booked an extra night to truly enjoy the property and greenport. Would happily recommend cliffside condos and we look forward to staying here again.

We had a fabulous time. Especially when the visit every evening from the buck passed by our deck. Memorable. The last night we were there...a doe appeared. <3 Can't wait to revisit the Cliffside Resort.

VISTED FRIENDS WHO WERE STAYING HERE FOR 2WKS. THEIR 2/2 WAS LOVELY ESPECIALLY LOVED THE PRIVATE TERR. W FULL VIEW OF SOUND. EASY BCH ACCESS & LAUNDRY RM. WOULD RECCOMEND CLIFFSIDE TO ALL OUR FAMILY & FRIENDS.

Addl info since website is sparce. Most units in B&C buildings are waterfront but not all, incl accessible units from what I could see. B is closer to the front desk & pool. All buildings have access to beach. BBQs in rear. Laundry lower level each bldg There are a few steps to the 1st floor units and a staircase to the 2nd floor units. Accessible units have a lift to overcome the few steps to the 1st floor. Not sure if inside of units are accessible as they are individually owned. Some units have been renovated, others not. Some have Queen in 2nd Bdrm & others 2 twin beds. Contact resort w requests ahead of time. Units are smaller than they appear. Units have pull out couch but it would be very tight fit for 5 or 6 people. Ideal for situations where 2 bdrms are being used or children are using pull out couch. Closet space is sparce, sm in Master & sm in hallway. None in 2nd bdrm. No housekeeping. Guests exchange Fresh towel @ FDsk daily. Units well stocked w appliances, utensils etc.
