Needed a heater core hose and staff was unwilling to help me determine the diameter of the hose needed, very disappointing, as Oreilly"s has been my go to for parts. Customer service is key to the success of any business and this was a huge service failure!

i was on a road trip and my brake line broke and wayne the asst manager from this store was so helpful and even stayed after hours to get me back up and going. if i ever make it back in this area ill be sure to stop in and tell him thanks again.very helpful and not afraid to get dirty to help a person out i'd highly recommend this store and look for wayne!!! thanks again :)

Most experiences there have been good with the exception of one.....the worker couldn't make proper change, when confronted he was wrong a second time....he then became rude and obnoxious. Not sure if he was trying to skim money or was just plain stupid....if a person can't due basic math, they shouldn't be handling money.
