I have had great service here every time I have had to get blood work done. The phlebotomists are quick, professional and friendly. The only thing that I wish they would post is that they stop drawing blood at 2:30 pm but people assume that since they close at 3PM that someone will be able to help them at that hour. That is not the case. Other than that I highly recommend this location it's super easy to check in and the phlebotomists are really good at their job they make it almost pain free! Personally I think that all of them are wonderful. Hope this helps.

cmg...usually great this time I watched 6 people check in after me, go in front of me . when asked why, she said she was doing it by check in. litterly watched her sit my order on her desk, and check in next 6 people and put them I n front of Me.

This facility has no respect for a person's time. When calling to get info on if I need an appointment the outgoing message states that walk-ins are welcome. I arrive a little after 10:30 to have blood work done. I'm told to come back after 12:30. I asked if I should check in and was told "No" by the person at the front desk. Me, living about 45 minutes away having nowhere to go, decides to wait it out in the waiting room. A little before 11:30, when the waiting room is empty, a person asks if I've been helped and I told her that I was told to wait. At that point she states that they are closing for lunch in a few minutes and will have to leave anyway. I drove back home because I hadn't eaten anything in over 18 hours due to fasting before blood work. The staff there seems to lack any kind of compassion based on the way I was greeted and responded to my dilemma. I wouldn't bother wasting my time with this facility, and would advise anybody else looking for a decent lab to do the same.
