It won't let me give negative stars. This is the most horrible agency on earth. Have a claim from October of 2021, its now September 2022 (11 months) and it's still "pending". An absolute disgrace. They are directly responsible for creating homeless people.

It's been 2 years since i filed for Nevada government unemployment. I can never get ahold of anyone to resolve my claim or follow up with me at all instead i get mail telling me that i didn't provide enough information and that i have a deadline to meet before my claim case is closed, really appreciate your guy's office for really being on top of it when it comes to helping people out, all you people do is help yourselves out with more raises and help crooks get away with abusing your systems and not actually helping out people who legitimately needed your services, you people are the ones who create criminals and are a joke when it comes to marketing organization skills under the guise of a government agency, the only thing you people organize is screwing people and filling your pockets

My review is specifically addressing Nevada DETR's PUA(pandemic unemployment assistance)program. What a HORRIBLE agency, corrupt beyond measure. An agency created to help Nevadan's, that is now just a corrupt political arm. From launch of PUA website was a catastrophe, no support thousands of calls and months and months later DETR PUA Reps advised numerous time everything entered is correct. Provided ALL documentation just to find out a year later that is wasn't right, and I have a $12k + overpayment, which was not correct. After appealing, waited a year to have a hearing with a referee to be advised, I was dumb to listen to any DETR PUA Reps!!! DETR Referee also advised she was NOT THERE TO LISTEN TO ANY FACTS OF THE APPEAL CASE. Her job is just to determine if I was able to pay back! (Where does it state that??!! Anywhere!!l)) Then even though my monthly income is negative, she states able to pay back. Then they fast track process, so that by the time I get any notification, its TOO LATE. to do anything. I would be ashamed to work for such a horrible, grossly misleading and corrupt organization, aimed at harming Nevadan's whereas DETR does not follow any TRUE guidelines of the federal Department of Labor. Don't bother looking for a reputable attorney handling DETR PUA cases they are non-existent...DETR PUA is impossible to get any communication from. CORRUPT. NOT FOR , BUT AGAINST THE PEOPLE, STEER CLEAR OF DETR.
