We were looking for a small dump trailer and searched a few places. The cheapest proves was at a national company with the initials T.P. but those trailers were CHEAPLY BUILT. We found this dealer and the trailer brand is "Diamond C" This trailer is far superior to that other brand. The rear gate opens with a split and even has a spreading feature. There are grease ports to lube everything. The dump need goes higher and steeper than any dump bed I've ever seen but the most impressive part of our experience was the customer service. We called to get exact pricing and then showed up to do paperwork. The young man getting the trailer ready immediately went over and measured our hitch and then back to the trailer to adjust everything to the right height while the young lady handled the paperwork with my wife. It was an overall great experience. If i could rate more stars i would.

Lots of trailer components and high utility parts. You can also rent a few unhaul box trucks and box trailers. Check out the adjustable receiver and hitch section!!

Although I lived in Carson City, I had to rent a truck from the Reno location because that was the nearest pickup location for the size I needed. The sales/office clerk was friendly and informative, and had all my information needed, along with the truck parked outside. Once my daughter began driving the truck while I followed in my car, I could see a constant trail of dispersed dark and smelly fumes coming from the exhaust pipe, which was constant during our entire road trip. The truck had a pullout ramp which made the move for large and medium sized furniture, and boxes easier for the dollies. The things I hated mostly were: (1) the excessive exhaust fumes while driving (2) the constant calling for several weeks to get a confirmation for the truck (3) not knowing until almost the move date whether you had a confirmed truck to rent (4) the truck drove rough (5) the drop off location was very dark without noticeable signs denoting it was a U-HAUL location for drop-off, and it wasn’t a security lot with ample lighting, nor noticeable security cameras (5) the drop-off location for the keys was indistinguishable (6) you couldn’t contact, nor call anyone at the U-Haul customer service for answers at 11pm (7) never received any call, email, or text that the truck dropped-off was successful (8) never heard back from U-haul for using their business I’m so happy this ordeal to get a truck, wait several weeks for a confirmation that we would have a truck, and that drop-off of the truck was finally over; in which we survived it all.

Customer Service was good. Questions answered. Suggestions by retailer was appropriate for means of usage. Details of rental equipment was exact as well as quote. Location of truck pickup was visible from main street with a store and salesperson to assist with order and obtain truck on premises. Had a small problem with drop off location because of area was very dark, and the office was closed, not clearly distinguished. Uncertain if we were at the correct drop-off location. No customer service available on-site, nor by phone, nor by email. Left key in box that wasn't marked but was the only box on premises. Would not strongly recommend, only as a last recourse.

Not sure you can call them and ask them depends on what you have as a trailer
Best to actually go to the location to view trailers. The website only gives you general information. To fully understand specifics you need to go visit them. That is what I did and ended up getting built exactly the kind of trailer I needed. It's a great trailer.
