We always visit Heidi's however today was not good. Hugh was our server. He did not greet us nor provide drinks for at least 12 minutes as we sat. After finally taking our order which felt rushed, food took awhile and he didn't stop to say anything. Usually the server checks in. Then, after dropping off food he quickly dropped off our bill then never returned I would've liked the opportunity to have tea after breakfast. Sad that this is the memory of Heidi's.

The hostesses were super nice. The food was what you would expect from a breakfast/brunch type diner. I just wasn't a fan of the breakfast potatoes at all, which is a big deal for me.

They are doing a great job... Staggering guests out, everyone cleaning and wiping things down
We were not allowed to bring our little pup inside :( back in April
I was there two weeks ago. You have to walk inside and put your name and number on a sheet and they will call you when your table's ready. If you mean reservations for a future/later time or date then I'm not sure.
I believe it's more of a sit-down diner. Take out is not part of their basic service model. But if you ask, they might be willing to make food to go.
